Rid your body of stress

When times get tough it’s time to look after yourself; especially your health. If you have ever suffered from stress you know how debilitating it can be and how those around you can suffer as well.
We all have demands of work, family, financial, sporting commitments, & community commitments, so it’s about how we balance those. Sometimes it’s helpful to really look inside ourselves to discover what is actually really important and what can be shed away.
Obviously coming from a health practitioner I’m going to say that health is one of the most important things, because as the saying goes...without health there is no wealth. Of course eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise are crucial to maintaining good health but so is having that time-out to oneself to rest and recharge. Setting time aside on a regular basis to relax is equally important for mind and body. When we are rushing around in that “fight or flight” mode all systems are firing including our muscles, so it makes sense to have a massage as your time-out. Have someone else tend to your tense shoulder muscles at the same time as the massage eases your nervous system and therefore your mind.
It is with this in mind that we are able to offer a new package to create a habit of having regular massage because studies show that the benefits of regular massage are cumulative. We all know that if we have appointments already booked in advance we commit to it and therefore reap the benefits!
So who do you know who is suffering from stress or is just so busy that it seems inevitable that they will be stressed or even someone who is new to massage this is a great introductory package...
