Hello 2009 and Welcome Back to Balance!!
So this is the year you’ve decided to do all those things you’ve dreamed about. The resolutions, pledges, goal setting sessions have been done at the beach so far I guess. I just hope that within those goals of financial freedom, true love, endless travel, & charity work you’ve remembered your health goals, and included regular massage!
Here’s some reminders of why you have regular massage and why those around you should have regular massage…

  • Scheduled time out is so important for yourself, to keep that stress at bay. Massage helps to calm the nervous system, so those adrenals aren’t working overtime!
  • To resolve certain muscular issues takes time, especially those ones that have been building up over a long time. By
having a treatment plan we can assess your progress.
  • Training hard for those sporting events means you need to
take a preventative outlook to get the best out of your body.
Massage helps to flush out those toxins such as lactic acid
which build up through exercise, it helps to realign muscle
fibres and reduce “niggles” which could otherwise turn into
    injury.
  • Maintaining your posture. We all need help with this and
massage is a great way to correct poor posture and keep it
that way. Breaking those poor posture patterns does take
time, but it can be done with our help and your persistence.
  • Day to day routines such as computer work, lifting children
and sitting on the couch can all lead to tight tense muscles
which can sometimes stop you from doing what you love,
which is why a regular massage can help ease that tension
away and enable you to get on with life.

Everyone's needs are different which is why some people may need a weekly massage and others a monthly. What ever your needs are the team at Balance can help, and remember if your circumstances change this year and things get a little tough we can adjust the frequency or the length of your massage to suit your budget, so you never need to be without your regular massage.
Don’t forget all the wonderful treatments available at Balance…
Sports massage, remedial & therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, chair massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, tuina massage & acupuncture, reikei, Indian Head massage, facial radiance & RAW energy balancing.
